Competition rules are detailed below.

JUDGING

Level C: The competitors who never compete in a grooming exam

Level B: Everyone which competed in a grooming exam not more than 3 times  atleast one certificate from exam must be attached

Level A: Everyone which competed more than 3 times in a grooming exam, the exam certificates must be attached( B level in asian sistem or 4 certificate from any other grooming exams)

Dummy Dog class: is for all competitors with not such a big experience in grooming but who still want to try the emotions of the competition. Will compete only on Model Dog, they can do any style and clip they want. Time for competition 3 hours.

In Levels A, B & C- all competitors will be divided to 4 classes: Poodle, Scissoring, Handstripping, Free Style.

Poodle Class: Toy poodle, miniature poodle, standard poodle. Only standard clip. Time for exam 120 min. Only Standard Poodle have 150min. If the competitor want to fix the top knot will have another 15 min but that must be announced before the exam.

Pure Breed Scissoring Class: Bichon Frise, Bedlington Terrier, Kerry Blue, only standard clip. Time for exam 120 min.

Free Style Class: Terrier, Shih Tzu, Pekingese, Pomeranian, Maltese, Yorkshire Terrier, Poodle, Bichon Frise, can be done in any way, only to be well finished. Time for exam 120 min.

Handstripping: Miniature Schnauzer, Standard Schnauzer, Giant Schnauzer, Airedale Terrier, Welsh Terrier,Jack  Russel Wire, West Highland White Terrier, Scottish Terrier, Dachshund Wire. Time for exam 120 min. Only Giant Schnauzer and Airedale Terrier have 150 min.

 In freestyle class, all the non-show clip are allowed. For example: Poodle in Teddy Bear trim, Bichon in Teddy Bear trim, Pomeranian in Shunsuke trim, etc.

For Poodle class and Pure Breed Scissoring class are permitted only curve and straight scissors. In free style are permitted all kind of scissors, and clipper only on maxim 50% of the dog. If will be used only scissoring on Free Style will bring bonus points. The coloring on Free Style will not bring bonus points.

The dogs must have min 3 months of uncut coat or min 4 cm. The dogs which are not conform with this request will be disqualified, except for Handstripping Class. The difference between before and after grooming must be very visible.
